We are excited to announce that the City will transition to a new eProcurement solution, OpenGov, for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses. We encourage you to register your account early to start receiving email notifications for the City’s bid and RFP opportunities. Please note that registration is completely free for vendors!

Registration Instructions

The Purchasing Division is dedicated to providing quality support to the city’s departments and its vendors. Staff is fiscally responsible when purchasing goods, materials, and services at the best value, consistent with the quality needed to provide the best service to Coral Springs’ residents and businesses.

Current Solicitations

If your business is interested in offering products or services to the City of Coral Springs and would like to receive notifications about solicitations, please register online at OpenGov. 

By registering, you will be informed electronically whenever the City requests a quotation or issues a formal solicitation for the products or services you provide.

To sign up for this free notification service regarding purchase solicitations from the City of Coral Springs, visit the OpenGov webpage and click the "Subscribe" button.

Additionally, the City advertises certain solicitation opportunities on the Broward County Legal Notices page and in The Sun Sentinel, a local newspaper.
