The 442-acre Commerce Park of Coral Springs is the local epicenter of economic opportunity. Located just off the Sawgrass Expressway and close to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, the park has numerous significant employers, including Fiserv, Decimal Engineering, Emser Tile, and Flora Fine Foods. Osprey Logistics Park is currently developing 400,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space, joining Exeter in the provision of light industrial space.
