How to Register as a Vendor

The City of Coral Springs is excited to announce our partnership with OpenGov and the transition from a paper-based bid solicitation process to a fully automated, web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system. Below are the bids and proposals currently being solicited, along with the corresponding closing dates for each.

Our new eProcurement Portal will allow interested parties to:

  • Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities by selecting "Subscribe" to create an account.
  • Follow updates for existing solicitations by locating the solicitation and clicking the "Follow" button, enabling automatic receipt of amendments and addenda.
  • Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations.
  • Get guidance on the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc., ensuring submissions are completed accurately.
  • Access a single location for all bid opportunities issued by the City.

Subscribe to Coral Springs by OpenGov

Step 3.After subscribing, you can manage your category code(s) and notification preferences by logging into your OpenGov company profile.
