Primary Elections - August 18, 2026

  • Window to send vote-by-mail ballots to UOCAVA voters: July 4, 2026 
    (Absent Stateside and Overseas Uniformed and Civilian Voters)(45 days before election)
  • Window to send vote-by-mail ballots to domestic voters: July 9 – 16, 2026
  • Window to register to vote (Book Closing) or change party affiliation: July 20, 2026
  • Window to request that ballot be mailed: August 6, 2026
    The window to request that a vote-by-mail ballot be mailed is no later than 5 p.m. (local time) on the 12th day before the election.
  • IMPORTANT: The window for a vote-by-mail ballot to be returned and received by the Supervisor of Elections Office is no later than 7:00 p.m. (local time) on Election Day.
  • Early voting period: August 8 – 16, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
