Waste Transfer Station

Drop-Off

The station accepts bulk trash & yard waste during normal operating hours. This service is FREE to Coral Springs residents with an I.D. and address verification (driver’s license and a water/cable bill, vehicle registration, insurance card or voter registration with Coral Springs address).

Step 1.IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Waste may be brought to the Transfer Station in your car, passenger van (no larger than a 7-person size), pick up trucks (with beds no larger than 4’ x 8’), or trailers (with beds no larger than 4’ x 12’ x 3’). 
  • Removal of any material that has been disposed of (scavenging) from the Waste Transfer Station is prohibited.  

Step 2.Materials Not Accepted

  • Chemicals, cleaning liquids or any other free liquids
  • Batteries
  • Commercial waste
  • Raw garbage
  • Animal waste Materials

Step 3.Accepted Materials

  • Household goods - such as couches, chairs, mattresses, tables, appliances*, carpet and padding, etc
  • Yard waste - includes unbundled tree trimmings, palm fronds, tree branches and brush.
  • Cardboard (Must be flatten and empty. NO PLASTIC OR STYROFOAM FILLINGS)
  • Recyclables - Cardboard, mixed paper, aluminum cans, metal cans and plastic bottles # 1&2 
  • Residents may dispose of 2 yards of construction and demolition material per day from their property.

* Up to 2 tires per customer.
* Freon must be removed from all appliances before disposing at the Waste Transfer Station.

Step 4.ONLY accepted on the first Saturday & Sunday of the month
