The City of Coral Springs One-Stop Shop provides residents, business owners and contractors with convenient access to essential City services in one central location. Knowledgeable staff are available to answer questions, provide guidance and help customers navigate City requirements and processes.

  • Building permits and permit applications
  • Business tax receipts
  • Landlord registrations
  • Code compliance services
  • Other development-related services and assistance

Building Permit Documents

  • Original paper building permit application packets may be submitted in person at the One-Stop Shop, where the packet will be converted to electronic format. Fees apply.
  • Digitally signed and sealed documents must be submitted through the City’s online permitting portal.

Location

The One-Stop Shop is located on the first floor of City Hall at 9500 West Sample Road. A secure drop box is also available in the City Hall parking garage for eligible documents and payments outside of regular business hours.
