$15.00 permit fee for one-time use OR
$25.00 Permit fee for multiple use per month
$76.12+tax per hour during open hours
$150.90+tax per hour for after-hours (no later than 10 p.m.)
$500 Refundable Deposit
- Required at time of booking – Damage/Trash Deposit: $500 (check ONLY), payable to ‘City of Coral Springs’. If the room is left clean with no damage, the check will be returned within 10 days of the date of the event. It can be returned by mail, or the customer can pick it up at the Aquatic Complex the following business day.
