To reserve this meeting room, an application must be submitted. The reservation will be held for 24 hours after submitting application. Payment must be received in City Hall by 5 p.m. of the next business day to confirm.

Guidelines

An organization cannot exceed four reservations in one calendar year. Exceptions shall be subject to city administration approval.

Where advance reservation conflicts occur, the business of the city shall take priority. Staff will attempt to relocate the requester to a substitute location.

The serving of beer and wine is allowed, provided the applicant contracts for an off-duty Coral Springs Police officer and provides the city with a million-dollar Liability Insurance policy, naming the city as additionally insured. The serving of alcohol will comply with liquor laws including obtaining the required licenses.

Cancellation/Refunds

Full refunds will be given if cancellation is in writing 72 hours in advance of the reservation. Thereafter, checks will be deposited, and no refunds given. There will not be partial refunds for unused reservation time.
