The Passport Services Office brings Coral Springs government to the people by providing passports, fingerprinting, and notary services for customers.

Effective April 1, we will be transitioning to an appointment schedule each day. This change is being implemented to improve productivity, enhance service quality, and reduce overall wait times.

The QLess virtual waitlist for same-day service will now have limited space available based on the appointment schedule.

To ensure the quickest possible service, please bring the following items to your appointment:

  • All applicants must appear in person
  • Completed DS-11 Form (black ink only)
  • Proof of citizenship
  • Photo identification
  • Payment to the Department of State (money order or check only)
  • Payment to the City of Coral Springs (debit, MasterCard, or Visa credit card)

Please note: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Adult Book (16 & older) - $130
  • Adult Passport Card - $30
  • Child Book (15 & under) - $100
  • Child Passport Card - $15
  • Expedite Fee - $60
  • Express Mail charges are based on current postal rates. USPS

Additional Services payable to the City of Coral Springs - Debit, MasterCard, or Visa Credit Card

  • Processing Fee (per applicant) - $35
  • Photos - $18
  • Photocopies (per copy) - $.20
  • Notary (per signature block) - $10
  • Fingerprinting (per card) - $20
  • Fingerprint card - $1
Important Links

Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting services are offered only on Wednesdays from 12 to 6 p.m.

The Passport Office does not fingerprint for the following: expungement, name changes, concealed weapons, immigration, alcohol and tobacco licenses.

Customer must supply their own card or may buy card onsite. The cost is $20.00 per card. (The fingerprinting cards are often used for job related purposes, such as insurance, health care workers, child care, and real estate.)
