Safety Town

Safety Town logo

Safety Town is a nationally recognized program for children ages 4-6 years of age. Located at Kiwanis Park, the program has been in place for more than 29 years. The program, operated by Parks and Recreation in coordination with the police and fire departments will teach children valuable lessons about bike safety, fire safety, and personal safety. Each week long session concludes with a graduation ceremony on Fridays.

  • July 3 - 7 (July 4 - Holiday)

(space is limited to 30 children per week)

Ages

  • 4 ½ to 6 years old 

Time

  • 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Fee

  • $50 per child (includes a t-shirt, workbook, snacks and graduation ceremony)

Opens on May 1 to Coral Springs residents ONLY. Non-residents may register starting May 8. Registration closes on June 30. Space is limited.
