Division Chief Johana Cinque

Johana Cinque serves as the Division Chief of EMS for the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department, bringing more than 20 years of experience in fire and emergency medical services. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of operational, training, and leadership roles, including Lead Medic, Lieutenant, EMS Training Officer, Captain, and now Division Chief.

In her current role, Chief Cinque oversees EMS patient care, protocols, quality assurance, equipment, compliance, and system development. She is passionate about clinical excellence, professional growth, and ensuring that crews have the tools, training, and support needed to provide the highest level of care to the community.

Chief Cinque has been recognized as the State of Florida Paramedic of the Year, Coral Springs Firefighter of the Year, and Broward Health Paramedic of the Year. She remains committed to compassionate service, innovation, teamwork, and strengthening community health outcomes.
