Welcome to the City of Coral Springs, Florida. We value our customers, and our goal is to provide you with superior customer service. Listed below is some important information regarding your utility bill.

Please take a moment to review this information so you may gain an understanding of how your monthly billing statement is calculated. There is an administrative fee to open a new account of $20 for each meter. This fee is reflected on your first bill. A deposit is also required to open a new account or to restore water to a location.

Deposits are maintained by the city in a non-interest-bearing account. Your deposit will be refunded to you after your account has been paid in full and has been closed.

Payments must be received on or before the due date to be considered on time. A door hanger will be placed at your location if your account is delinquent, and a $20 fee will be charged. A lock-off fee of $30 will be charged if your meter must be turned off. You are billed monthly. Some examples of monthly base charges are as follows:

Consumption is in addition to the minimum base charge and is calculated as follows:
