Paint Application

The city has color guidelines to keep our neighborhoods looking great. While paint applications are not required for painting on single-family residential properties, any color(s) used outside of the approved color palette, as described below, could result in a citation from the Code Compliance Department. Therefore, it is highly encouraged for residents to verify that their paint choices are within the city’s approved palette prior to painting by submitting a no cost paint application.

For commercial and multifamily properties, a paint application shall be required for approval prior to painting.
