Julie Krolak, Director of Development Services for the City of Coral Springs, focuses on shaping what the next 60 years will look like for the city. She has accomplished many professional achievements that have had a lasting impact in Coral Springs like the Downtown Zoning District Code changes and rezoning which were initiatives she spearheaded. In 2018, she was awarded the city’s Leadership Award for her direction, management and guidance on multiple city programs.
Krolak has worked for Coral Springs for over 9 years and has served multiple roles including Assistant Director of Development Services, Chief Planner and Planning and Zoning Manager. Additionally, she is a proud member of the Shark Tank Committee.
Prior to joining the city, she was the Principal Planner for the City of Hollywood, Florida. Krolak received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
