Michael McNally serves as the Director of the Arts & Cultural Enrichment (ACE) Department for the City of Coral Springs, where he leads citywide special events, community outreach, volunteer services and the operations of both the Coral Springs Center for the Arts and the Coral Springs Museum of Art.

With more than 32 years of public service, McNally brings extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, training and emergency preparedness. His background in public safety provides a strong foundation for guiding the ACE Department’s mission to enrich community life through arts, culture and engagement.

Prior to his current role, McNally served as Fire Chief of the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department from 2020 to 2024, following six years as Deputy Fire Chief, where he oversaw Professional Standards and Training, Community Risk Reduction, Administration, Safety and Health and the Dive Rescue Team.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Thomas University and a master’s degree in emergency services management from Columbia Southern University (2020).

McNally is married to Rebeca, a firefighter-paramedic with the City of Coral Gables, and together they have two children they are raising in Coral Springs. He credits his family’s unwavering support as the foundation of his professional success and dedication to public service.
