Holiday Parade

This year's Holiday Parade theme is March of the Toys! Enjoy the parade along Sample Road, starting at Coral Springs Drive and ending at City Hall.

Traffic Information

The following road closures will begin at 5 p.m. on the parade day and will remain closed until approximately 10 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes. Local traffic will be impacted but residents will still have access to their community.

  • Sample Road just west of University Drive and east of NW 110th Avenue
  • Coral Springs Drive, north of Royal Palm Boulevard and south of NW 37th Street

Pedestrian traffic only. Private golf carts are prohibited at the event.

Parking

  • Free parking will be available at the City Hall garage with limited handicap parking, located at 9500 West Sample Road.
  • Handicap parking will also be available across from City Hall, 9551 West Sample Road. Access from Wiles Road by turning south on Coral Hills Drive. A handicap parking decal is required.

Restrooms

Porta potties are available along the parade route at the following locations:

  • Near Burger King (10494 W. Sample Road)
  • Near Wendy's (10050 W. Sample Road)
  • Across from City Hall (9551 West Sample)

Restrooms will be available inside City Hall (9500 W. Sample Road)

Seating

  • Families are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets to sit along Sample Road.
  • Handicap seating will be available at the intersection of Sample Road and Coral Hills Drive and at the City Hall viewing area.
  • Local restaurants and shops may also have seating available.
