Battalion Chief Jonathan Robbins, C Shift

Captain Jonathan Robbins, EMS/Ambulance

Jonathan Robbins serves as the Battalion Chief for C Shift with the Coral Springs–Parkland Fire Department. He joined the department in April 2007 as a Firefighter Paramedic and has since held a variety of leadership and operational roles throughout his career.

In 2020, Jonathan served as a Training Captain within the Training Division, where he played a key role in delivering monthly training programs and strengthening the department’s new hire process. Most recently, he served as Battalion Chief of Safety, Health, and Wellness before returning to shift as Battalion Chief. His experience also includes service as a Lieutenant, Field Training Officer, Instructor, and member of the Dive Team.

Jonathan is widely recognized as a positive, supportive leader and a trusted mentor within the department. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University and remains committed to professional excellence, safety, and developing others.
