Consolidated Plan

The Consolidated Plan is a Five-year Strategic Plan designed to provide state and local jurisdictions with data-driven strategic goals within community development using market conditions for environmental investments in affordable housing. The consolidated planning process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding from the HUD formula block grant programs. In June 2025, the City Commission approved a Five-Year 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan that assessed local housing and community development needs and resources, and socio-economic impediments toward building viable neighborhoods.

Annual Action Plan

The Annual Action Plan is a concise summary of actions, activities and specific federal resources used to address the priority needs and specific goals identified within the Consolidated Plan. The City of Coral Springs 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan was approved in June of 2025 and is set to receive an allocation of $794,085 in Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) funding.
