Waste

The cities of Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, North Lauderdale, Lauderdale by the Sea and Lauderdale Lakes have established a cooperative agreement that will allow city residents several opportunities to dispose the full range of materials at special one-day events throughout the year.

  • Electronics
  • Fire Extinguishers
  • Gasoline
  • Herbicides
  • Household Cleansers
  • Marine Flares
  • Motor Oil
  • Paint
  • Pesticides
  • Pool Chemicals
  • Propane Tanks
  • Smoke Detectors

Not Accepted

  • Commercial Waste
  • Explosives
  • Ammunition
  • Fireworks
  • Biohazard waste
  • Needles
  • Tires
  • Medication
  • Freon and other industrial compressed gasses

Coral Springs residents may drop off bulk trash & yard waste every weekend at the Waste Transfer Station (12600 Wiles Road) during normal operating hours.
