Passport Services Office

The City of Coral Springs, in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, Passport Division, offers a convenient location to apply for a U.S. Passport.

Appointments

The Passport Services Office brings Coral Springs government to the people by providing passport and fingerprinting services for residents.

To improve productivity and reduce the time spent waiting for services at the Passport Services Office, we use the QLess Virtual Check-In System. QLess allows visitors to spend NO time in line so they can complete their business quickly and efficiently.

Step 1.Step 1: Join the Waitlist for Same-Day Service

  • During operational hours, customers must sign up to join a waitlist for same-day service through the QLess Virtual Check-In System. We will not accept walk-ins. Same-day service is not available on Saturdays.
  • Once you join the waitlist, you will be notified via text message when it is your turn. You may wait in the car or enjoy shopping at the mall while waiting. Congregating in front of the Passport Services Office is prohibited.
  • Due to the high volume of customers, we suggest checking the system at 10 a.m. on the same day that you would like service. QLess will close when we have reached the daily capacity.
  • All visitors must have the application (DS-11)filled out (black ink only, no corrections and not signed), along with necessary documents, before checking in.

  • Appointments are only available on Tuesdays, Thursdays between 3 and 6 p.m. and Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Due to the high demand, appointments tend to fill up weeks in advance. We recommend checking at 6 p.m. for any next-day cancelations.
