Teen Safe Driving

Teen Safe Driving program was initiated in 2007, and is an incentive to reward teen students who have not had an at fault accident or traffic citation in the previous school year. Teen Driving – grant program funded by FDOT to promote teen driving safety.  Program is patterned similar to the Speed/ Aggressive Driving Grant and identifies locations and times most effective in promoting driver safety.  Program also focuses on heavy education with the goal of developing safe drive habits and avoiding behaviors that increase the risk of injury related crashes.
