Utility Billing Customer Self Service Instructions

Customers of the Coral Springs Water District now have access to view their account information, payment history, upcoming payment information and more using our Citizen Self-Service (CSS) online portal. Customers will still make water bill payments via our Paymentus portal.


  • To get started, go to the website and click 'Citizen Self Service' on the left side and follow the instructions.
  • Click 'Sign Up' at the bottom of the page to bring you to a new page to register.

To Register

  • Enter your email, first and last name, mobile phone (optional), and password.
  • Click 'Sign Up'.

  • Go to your email inbox and copy the activation code. Return to the Community Access activation screen, enter the code, and click 'Verify'.

  • Once your account is verified you will be able to login.


  • Go back to the website and login with the credentials you created during the registration process. The login button is in the upper right corner. 

Link Account

  • Once logged in, from the home page click 'Water Billing', 'Accounts', and then 'Link Account' to add your water billing account(s).
  • Enter the Account Number and Customer Number in the boxes provided and click 'Submit'.
  • You can add multiple water billing accounts to your account. Repeat the process to link to another account.
  • You can find the account and customer numbers on your postcard bill or e-bill. Link Account 


  • To view the information associated with a specific account click the 'Account Number'. 

Account Number

  • You will see an overview of the account and associated services. Click 'Manage Bills' to view your bill history and to view details.
  • You will be able to download and print a pdf copy of your past bills.
