Hyatt Hotel

An open-air oasis situated on the southwest corner of Sample Road and North University Drive. This mixed-use development will include a full-service hotel, luxury rental apartments, and shopping, and dining experiences.

Hyatt Place Hotel will be the crown jewel of Downtown Coral Springs. With plans for a rooftop bar and state-of-the-art amenities, residents and visitors will flock to the heart of the city to experience all the hotel has to offer. Construction is set to begin November 2023.

Modera Coral Springs is a luxury mixed-use apartment community with a south and north building. Both buildings will consist of eight floors with retail space on the ground level.

The south block has been completed and features 351 spacious one, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

The north block will feature 353 spacious one, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with construction estimated to begin in the summer of 2023 with an estimated completion date in fall 2025.

At the bottom of the apartments, Coral Springs will enjoy fine dining, coffee shops, and retail experiences.
