The 442-acre Commerce Park of Coral Springs is the local epicenter of economic opportunity. Located just off the Sawgrass Expressway and close to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, the park has numerous significant employers, including Fiserv, Decimal Engineering, Emser Tile, and Flora Fine Foods.
