In the City of Coral Springs, we are One Team, with One Mission, together we can prevent the spread of COVID-19. Residents are encouraged not to let their guard down. Testing and vaccines are available through CVS pharmacies, Urgent Care Centers and other medical providers, please contact your healthcare provider for guidance on COVID-19. 

    Testing

    Step 1.Nomi Health   

    Effective Thursday, April 6, the COVID-19 testing site located at the previous site of City Hall (9551 W Sample Rd.) is closed. Those seeking to take a COVID-19 test can visit a local pharmacy or their healthcare provider.  

    Step 2.In-Home Testing for homebound elderly or disabled residents

    • 954-412-7300  to be pre-qualified – Call Center is open 7 days a week, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • Testing Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - Noon, and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. by appointment only
    • Testing Criteria: Homebound Broward county residents who are elderly or disabled and experiencing symptoms and cannot get to a testing site.

    Lost Vaccine Card?

    • DOH is no longer providing replacement cards to those who did not receive their vaccine from a DOH site. Please call 954-412-7300 or email Post.chd06@FLHealth.gov

    Financial Assistance

    Coral Springs has administered all CARES Act funding the city received to provide financial assistance for rent, utilities and to small businesses. 

    • Broward County continues to offer funding from the Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program for persons who are suffering financially due to COVID-19. Learn more
