Mortgage Assistance

Overview

The program provides mortgage assistance to eligible Coral Springs residents who have experienced loss of income, reduction in hours, or unemployment as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic only. Assistance will only be provided for past due mortgage, escrow and other fees due beginning April 1, 2020 to present, if granted. Assistance will be paid directly to the service provider/lender and assistance is limited to a maximum award of $10,000.
