"The Moving Wall" Vietnam Memorial

Vietnam Wall Memorial 2015

Visitors are invited to view the “The Moving Wall”, a Vietnam Veterans Memorial Traveling Half-Size Replica, while it makes a stop in Coral Springs. The wall, which is a half-size replica of the permanent memorial in Washington D.C. is being sponsored by the Veterans Coalition of Coral Springs.

About The Moving Wall

  • This marks the second time the Moving Wall will make its way to Coral Springs, as it was also here in 2015.
  • The Moving Wall has been touring the country for more than 30 years.
  • It was founded by John Devitt who, after visiting “The Wall,” vowed to share his experience with those who may not have the opportunity to go to Washington, D.C.
  • The Moving Wall replica was built by veterans and now travels throughout the United States from April to November.
